Bryndís vinnur að bókverkum og kennir listgreinar. Hún stundaði nám í textíldeild Myndlista- og handíðaskóla Íslands og Listaháskólanum í Árósum í Danmörku. Auk þess lauk hún námi í kennsluréttindum frá Háskólanum á Akureyri. Hún hefur tekið þátt í fjölda samsýninga á Íslandi og erlendis.

Bryndís works with book art and teaches art. She studied at the textile department at The Icelandic School of Arts and Crafts and at Aarhus Art College in Denmark. She also graduated with a teaching certification from The University of Akureyri. She has participated in numerous joint exhibitions in Iceland and abroad.
